We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations, in particular the German Data Protection Regulation, (DSGVO), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG). 2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA FOR INFORMATIONAL USE, COOKIES IN GENERAL

2.1 In the case of mere informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not contact us beyond the mere use of the website or otherwise transmit information to us, we collect usage data that your browser automatically transmits to enable you to visit the website. The storage serves exclusively system-related and statistical purposes (based on Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) DSGVO), as well as in exceptional cases to report criminal offenses (based on Art. 6 para. 1 letter e) DSGVO).

3. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA WHEN CONTACTING US AND FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES

3.1 The collection and processing of personal data (including, for example, your name, telephone number and e-mail address) takes place when you expressly provide us with this information to contact you. This personal data is used exclusively for the purpose of processing your requests and on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

3.2 Use for advertising purposes will only take place under the condition of your previously given consent and on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The data you provide for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

4. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA DURING JOB APPLICATIONS

We also collect personal data when you apply for a job with us. The processing of this personal data is necessary for us to carry out the application process, including setting up an electronic applicant file, managing your application and organizing interviews – in short, the processing is a prerequisite for concluding an employment contract with you. The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

5. SERVER LOG FILES

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

6. CONTACT FORM

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the inquiry form, including the contact data you enter there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

7. NEWSLETTER DATA

7.1 If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No other data is collected. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

8.3 This website uses the “demographic characteristics” function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be generated that contain statements about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google as well as visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as shown in the item “Objection to data collection”.

8.4 The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in analyzing the use of our website for optimization purposes.

9. FACEBOOK PLUGINS

9.1 Plugins of the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA, are integrated on our pages. 10. GOOGLE MAPS

10.1 This site uses the map service Google Maps via an API. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. 14. CREDIT CARD DATA

You also have the option in the booking process to deposit a credit card and thus pay for your ride by credit card. (The actual debit will be made only after the completion of the respective trip).
For credit card payment processing, Bavaria Limousines has contracted a professional Payment Service Provider (PSP) called Six Payment Services (https://www.six-payment-services.com), certified according to the PCI-DSS security standard, which is required to protect your credit card information.
Bavaria Limousines itself does not store any credit card data of you; in order to allow you to reuse an already registered card for future booking transactions, we only store a token (=reference number), which uniquely identifies your card at Six Payment Services.
